Khan-Tengri Expedition: ready to go

Philippe and Yannick Gosseaume will leave Friday to the Kyrgyzstan to climb the Peak Khan-Tengri (7010 m) and try the Peak Pobeda (7439 m) if they have the time.

They will carry a SPOT Messenger (GSP tracker) throughout the expedition and starting next week their position will showed on the Khan-Tengri expedition page. This page also shows the weather forecast and overall climbing route.

Philippe has received new prototypes designed by Berghaus: Down jacket, Down Pant, Expedition Lite Pack (60L)… He will also bring the new Suunto Ambit GPS watch and a Sterling Rope Photon 7.8mm.
