I left the Aiguille du Midi at 9am and reached the bottom of the Triangle du Tacul face in 30 minutes. The shrund was in filled up with snow.

The conditions were really good and in staying close to the rocks on the right, we are relatively safe from the serac.

I climbed the Contamine-Negri in 45 minutes and continued to the top of Mont Blanc du Tacul (4,248m).

There were good tracks on the normal route of Mont Blanc du Tacul, making the return quite easy.
