Last Sunday Anna, Thierry, Alex and I did a Trail running around the village of Coaraze in the valley of Paillon. It is a 23 km Trail, very scenic, with only 1170 meters of elevation gain so pretty good for running. We climbed the Cime of Roccassièra along the way which adds a bit of elevation but offers great views over the French Riviera, the valleys of Paillons, Vesubie and the Alps.

It is possible to avoid the climb to the Cime of Roccassièra by following the good trail from Col de Lobe straight to the Col de l’Autaret.
