Yesterday I did a mix of road running (23.5 km and +450 m) and a trail running at St Jeannet, around the Jas Jausserand (13 km and +600 m). This short trail is nice and it’s perfect for training, a bit technical and rocky. Since it’s a loop, it can be done in any direction.

Trail distance: 16 km, ascent: 600m / descent: 600m.
Trail description: park at Saint Jeannet. Cross the village till Notre Dame des Champs (church), descend toward the climbing site of the Source then go up in the Vallon du Castellet up to the Ruine. At the first crossing (signpost) take the GR 51 on the left until the signpost 15. Take to the right, pass the Gardioles, Le Cerisier to the Jas Jausserand (14, 13). Descend to St Jeannet (12).
