It is time to leave the heat of the Riviera so Anna, Yannick and I went to Le Suquet in the Vésubie Valley for a 42 km loop. It was still warm, humid and we even got a storm but the Trail was very nice.

Trail description: park the village of Le Suquet. Run on the road D265 and leave it to follow the Trail to Les Crottes (B18, 21a, 159). Go up to the village of Loda and follow the trail to Baisse de Beasse (160, 161, 164, 167). Continue in the forest to the Baisse of Peira Cave (172, 35, 179). Descend to Baisse de Beccas (6, 5, 4). Climb to the Cime of Simon and descend to Pas de la Capellete (16a, 16, 15). Go to Col de l’Orme (50, 49, 182). Then go toward Mont l’Ablé and descend to Luceram (180, 183). Go up again to the Col Saint Roch along the GR 510 (170, 185, 186, 187). Continue to Col de la Porte (188, 189, 194). Descend to Le Suquet (128, 127)
