La Jonction is a very scenic place where Bossons and Taconnaz glaciers met. The view over Chamonix valley and Mont Blanc is amazing.

It is a great place to hike or run to. The round trip is 15 km and +1620 m / -1620 m.

Trail description: start from the Les Bossons glacier cable car. Follow the trail to the Chalet du Glacier des Bossons. Continue to Chalet des Pyramides, Gite à Balmat and La Jonction (2,570 m).
