A week after the Vertical Km race, we went back to Saint Martin-Vésubie for a 25 km +1800 m Trail. We did the Trail #8, Lacs des Millefonts as described on the Trail resort of Saint Martin-Vésubie website. We started off from the signpost 69 instead of Saint Martin-Vésubie to avoid the first kilometer on the road. The Trail is very scenic, especially on the crest from the Col du Barn, Pepoiri (2574 m), Petoumier and Tete du Brec. Overall the trail is relatively easy except some rocky sections between the Lacs des Millefonts and Tete du Brec.
