We ran all together up to the Col de Castillon, then Anna went back to Menton through the village of Sainte-Agnès while Alex and I continued toward the North to Luceram and then finished at La Manda.
Trail: Vence 20 km
It is a nice Trail, with a limited elevation gain +1000m / -1000m and where it is possible to run most of the time.
Trail: Ferion – Utelle
I did a 37 km loop starting in Plan du Var and climbing Mont Férion and Madone d’Utelle.

Last weekend Anna and I went to Newcastle for a new Berghaus Athletes camp. Once again, it was fun to meet with the other athletes.

4 Deserts: Gobi March – Stage 5
The scenery on this section was very nice, wide open view over the mountain range and high peaks (over 7000 m I guess).
